produced in a very short time. The following are descriptions and uses of some of our signage and labeling
products:
Customizing Your Sign1. Choosing the Shape and Dimensions of your PlateGeneral Rectangular shapes are by far the most popular shapes plates take,
however we can also customize your plate according to the shape you
want, special cutout shapes may require an extra charge. You can choose
any dimension for your plate not exceeding 900x600 mm, if you require
a bigger plate then your plate will be composed of smaller parts that
will then be assembled and mounted on a wooden plate. Door Signs and Desk Signs Door signs usually come in the following standard rectangular dimensions
in mm (width x height): 140 x 110 - 180 x 85 - 220 x 170 - 310 x 220
Desk signs usually come in the following standard rectangular dimensions
in mm (width x height): 200 x 45 - 290 x 70
Other dimensions can also be made according to your requirements. 2. Choosing the Plate finishingPlating and/or Patina Electroplating is a process whereby a very thin layer of a metal is
transferred chemically to cover the surface of another metal. For example
a gold-plated plate has a very fine coat (only a few microns) of 24K
gold. Because gold resists oxidization gold-plating will also protect
your plate. Adding metal plating such as silver or gold makes your plate
look more valuable and attractive. You may choose among the following
plating options: None, Nickel, Silver or Gold. We can electroplate plates
that do not exceed 480x480 mm. Patina Patina is a procedure used to discolor a metal by oxidation. For example
Antique patina is used to artificially "age" a silver-plated
or silver metal. Antiquating metals prevents tarnishing.
Applying Epoxy Although our plates are lacquered by default, epoxy (a thick, hard
and clear layer) can also be applied on the surface of a plate to further
protect its finish from humidity and oxidization. We highly advise you
to order this feature for your outdoor plates. 3. Coloring the PlateThe engraved parts of your plate can be color-filled according to your preferences. All our plates are color-filled manually and the color goes all the way through, so it cannot wear off. We Create Lasting Impressions
